Refund & Return Policy


At Grendeli, we deal with fresh, perishable products such as microgreens and leafy vegetables. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and return policy is limited and strictly time-bound.

1. Return Window

  • Returns or refund requests must be raised within 1 hours of delivery

  • After 12 hours from delivery, we are unable to offer any refund or exchange
     

2. Eligibility for Returns
A return will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • You provide valid proof of purchase
     

3. Proof of Damage
To request a refund or replacement:

  • You must submit photo and video proof

  • Proof must be shared within 2 hours of delivery

Without proper proof, claims may not be approved.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
     

5. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the allowed time window

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by customer

  • Products purchased at discounted or sale prices

  • Products not in original condition
     

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or defective products

  • Replacement will be arranged based on availability
     

7. Subscription Orders

  • Subscription deliveries are non-refundable once dispatched

  • You may cancel or pause future deliveries before the next billing cycle
     

8. Return Handling

  • In some cases, we may request return of the product for inspection

  • If required, you will be provided return instructions

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
     

9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Allow time for processing
